System Disabled Key: 57454724

Hi,

I just turned on my laptop and its asking for a administration password. I have been unable to find the right password. After entering the invalid passwords I am getting a system disable message in a blue box with a Key: 57454724

That got me pass the disable screen. Now its in the windows loading screen where you can select the user but its just blank and blinking black screen every 5 seconds

Enter BIOS setup by tapping/holding the F10 key immediately after powering on the laptop.Use Diagnostics to test your hard drive.

While in there disable any passwords. Use the code posted above as old password- then leave new password blank.Save & Exit.

Thanks. I changed the password and I tested the hard drive and memory and both passed. I ended up doing a system restore from a few days ago and everything is working fine. Thank you so much for the help.
