Hi,

What model laptop is it? There's little chance of wiping the password on laptops. Desktops are easy as there's a jumper block you can use to clear CMOS including passwords.

Hi, @ShaniceLalibert

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you.

Removing the CMOS battery will not clear the P/W.

The forum rules were amended on 1 March 2019, which no longer allow us to help with removing passwords.

Rule 4.d...

d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
