Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am doing this post for a friend of mine. Suddenly, a BIOS password appeared on his screen when booting his pc.

After hitting "enter" three times, a message appears on the screen.

System Disabled

[ i 67869313]

We have been trying to fix it since the first week of january. We have tried https://1024kb.co.nz/bios/ and https://bios-pw.org/

Plus a ton of videos. f2,f8,f10 do nothing, only a "beep" sound when pressed.

We removed the CMOS battery for 24 whole hours from the cpu and nothing has happened.
