HI
I changed the fan and removed the old thermal paste with a new one and updated the BIOS but the problem continues with the appearance of the code 90B.
I read all the solutions on YouTube and HP website but to no avail. Can anyone help me?

@mous0155, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Hey, I get how frustrating this must be, especially after trying all the recommended solutions. Since you've already replaced the fan, applied new thermal paste, and updated the BIOS, but the 90B error still appears, here are a few things to check:
HP laptops require a specific RPM signal from the fan to pass the system check. If the replacement fan isn’t an exact match in voltage, current, or RPM, the BIOS might still detect an issue. If possible, try sourcing the exact part number for your laptop model ( i will be able to provide you with the part number if you could share the serial number with me via private message).
Even after updating, try resetting the BIOS to default settings. Enter the BIOS, look for "Load Default Settings," save, and restart.
Ensure the fan is properly seated and the connector pins are clean and fully inserted. HP laptops use a thermal sensor in the fan; if the new fan lacks this or has different wiring, the laptop might not detect it correctly.
Also, refer to this guide for further troubleshooting: HP PCs - 900, 901, 909, 90A, 90B, 90E, 90F, 911 error is displayed on a black screen | HP® Support
I hope these steps help resolve the issue

hp X360 15-cr Fan nr. L20818-001
Hello again. Thank you for responding again to the instructions I got but I get from the fan sound goes up and down and it slows down the system to boot up. I am trying now through the troubleshooting program on the HP page. I hope it solves the problem above the fan number and the name of the laptop. Do you know the names of the site that sells original HP parts?
