HP 14-dk1000 Laptop PC (8VZ02AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have an HP 14-dk1035wm which I bought not long ago and I get the 90b system fan error anytime I boot the computer  and the fan makes much noise. I know this is a common topic but as far as I know this happens when the laptop has quite some age but the error appeared 2 months after I got the laptop.

As per the HP support site aside from defective fans it could also be that the fans are dirty which is not, the fan looks clean and new. I've already done a firmware upgrade and also upgraded to the latest Windows version. One thing I've noticed though is that I often get this if I do a cold start meaning the computer hasn't been used for quite some time and there is no need for the fans to work. Once the computer is "warmed up" after some use, rebooting doesn't show  or the fan doesn't make much noise sometimes I would have to reboot like 2 times before fan reduces noise or returns to normal state, I change the power settings to limit the use of the cpu but it didn't work.

I suspect it could be the bios, because the previous bios had issues with the battery, it drained faster on normal use but after the bios update the battery issue got solved and now there is always system Fan error. Today I decided to reinspect the Fan, I checked but couldn't see anything after closing the lid and turning back the pc, the error message appears but no noise from the fan.  Any idea on how to solve this??. Thanks!!
