Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please help. One day my laptop requested a password by the administrador to unlock the laptop that I never setup. I know now that this is a HP issue. Please help since I have been looking for support since monte ago I am not getting any solution.

I am stuck with a computer that I used for less than 12 months.

The system disable code is

[ i 84987200]
