Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

was going to reset computer due to being hacked, tried my administrator password  but said it was wrong now it says system disabled A [E3FB503A] Can someone please ?

The only kind of reset that works properly when you have  been hacked is a full factory reset and that wipes out the content of your drive and requires to to do initial setup all over again, so it would not be asking for a password.

Yes that is true, but can not sign in to do it so was going to do it by pushing alt, f10 and the same box comes up
