Product: hp pavilion Gaming Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was on hold yesterday for over an hour. Please help. Grandson reset laptop and did not let it finish. When trying to change boot order we get a blue box..... Bios Password. Mobo password? I don't know..HELP
