Product: Example: Pavilion 6530

I recently had a reset for windows 10 got it was getting slower I also had Ubuntu the reset failed I tried putting the iso file on USB via ubuntu now somehow I have lost both

 

Now I am stuck at this screen to enter  an unknown administrative password
