Make sure you can pass diagnostics:


Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.

 

Try a startup repair

Note that item 4 is the restore so you can select restore from there

To do a repair using windows safe mode:
Skip down to "Enter safe mode from outside windows"
When you get to advanced options select "Startup Repair"

Let me know if you need more help or if startup repair fails.

 

You can try to repair windows 10/11 by selecting a windows restore point from before the time the problem occurred.
