My laptop model hp elitebook folio 9470m

Wen i plug it directly through the adaptor (note: no battery plugged)

It turns on by itself then it show an error system fan error 90b, then it turns off

 

After a while i turn it on again *pressed the power button, it turns on and off and on and boot

Then the fan makes loud sound like *jshooooo then it stops and it goes again, its like its getting stuck, then ill wait for a few minutes and it will be okay, but sometimes the fan doesnt work at all but the system is still okay and running.

 

How do i fix this please?
