Trying to do a system restore or reset on my laptop. I boot it up pressing F11, its says system recovery and then I get an HP logo and please wait, after that it just goes blank and hangs. What can I do?

Hello, is it the same laptop your precedent topic?? 

If it is the same laptop, it is normal because your hard drive is dead.. So you need to replace your hard drive, and reinstall Windows from an external media. 


If you don't have any recovery media, you can try this:

Or if it is not available for your model, you need to download Windows 8.1 from an other website. It is explain here:
