Product: HP Stream - 14-ds0061cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I do not know what happened - all of a sudden my laptop stopped appearing on my monitor (of course my screen is broken) … I can see very slightly the first thing when I turn in my pc is - choose keyboard layout - then choose option - troubleshoot or turn off … nothing allows a reset or restore … I have tried factory reset and all - nothing is working …. 
Help!!!

You most likely need to replace the broken screen. I know how expensive it will be but you need to see what is on your screen before you can properly fix the issue you are currently facing.

Although it is broken - I can see with light what is on the screen
