I understand you are facing an issue with your With TPM. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Please follow this Document Enable TPM 2.0 on your PC
Otherwise, the default encryption gets overwritten, and it should work again. Please check this document https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/information-protection/tpm/initialize-and-configur... (Troubleshoot the TPM) from Microsoft for more information in the regard. This should shed some light.
