Product: Hp envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey. When my laptop runs out of battery it takes about 10-20 minutes before the laptop will start after charging it. Any ideas? or should I just get the store I bought it from to take a look? Thank you.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer takes sometimes to start after the battery is drained completely.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
