Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I ran my pc and always needs to restart and it says that my pc needs to restart and open the the automatic repair and then a blank page 

I asked in another post and someone replied me to run the diagnosis tests of the components 

And when i ran the tests i received an error in the hard disk drive which says;

HARD disk drive short DST CHECK: failed

Failure id: GU1GR3-7RS9H0-XD7WMG-60W203

HP Recommended

That error means that the SSD or Hard drive has failed, If you have warranty contact HP Support and if you don't replace the disk on your own or let a shop do it
