Any information about what has been done prior to this error appearing might be of help, any hardware or software updates etc?
A good start would be to perform Steps 1 (Hard Reset) and Step 5 (Running the diagnostics) as per this guide:

Trying to do any BIOS updates before establishing that the memory and other hardware is ok might brick the computer for good, so don't!

I have bought hp omen 15 dc00015ns I am in the same way, blue screen bios isn´t fully acpi compliant, in the menu of bios only I could do it ´s change security option sgx , but the problem is the same, Why hp blocked by bios the fact that I couldn´t install any I want , the result send to the seller back , and buy another brand in the market without so many restrictions in the simple task to install operating system, thanks Hp for losing my time, bye HP
