Product: HP 18 all in one pc

The BIOS menu does not show even after pressing esc key. It enter in blank screen that ask to tap ESC to enter start up menu but still does not enter start up menu after pressing ESC key. I reseted the cmos battery but nothing happened. Sometimes if I don't press esc key it gets stuck on hp Logo
