My pc does not turn on. The cap locks is flashing the code for ‘the cpu is not detected’ (3 and 5). When I press the on button the fan ‘attempts’ to turn on for 1second, it reattempts a few more times and then fully turns on. The power light is on, the laptop charges fine, the screen doesn’t turn on.
There are no other responses.
It worked perfectly the night before.
Any help would be appreciated.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and the caps lock light is blinking.
