Product: Hp 14 notebook pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp 14 notebook PC, The laptop on and off at esc level. It doesn't even give chance to load but it on and off repeatedly. It doesn't even give chance to press f11 or any other f keys, it will just on and off repeatedly.
