Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with my notebook. in short it does not start, the screen remains black and the caps lock key flashes (three consecutive times slowly and then twice quickly). The fans and the hard disk are heard to start. But no screen is displayed even when trying to start the bios using a key combination.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and the caps lock light is blinking.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
