The procedure entry point "zeDriverGetExtensionFunctionAddress" could not be found in the dynamic link library "C:\Program_Files\WindowsApps\AD2F1837.HPPCHardwareDiagnosticsWindows_2.6.3.0_x64__v10z8vjag6ke6\openvino_intel_npu_plugin.dll"
