I just did a fresh install of windows 10 but it says the selected boot device failed. I searched a fix up but there is no legacy boot option on my bios, what do I do?

If you do a factor restore then the HP drivers are loaded. A clean install from Microsoft can be missing required HP drivers.
Try a factory restore
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool is an application developed by HP. It enables customers to access a digital download of their recovery media and create a bootable USB drive (Minimum 32GB) to recover their units back to factory status.
Download tool here Microsoft StoreFor further information about this tool, click on the following link.
you will need a 32gb flash drive and an hour or more
