I keep getting this message when I boot up my laptop:

 

There is an issue with Trusted Platform Module(TPM) Data

Press [Y] - Reset whole TPM

Press [N] - Boot with current TPM data

 

Note - BitLocker may require the recovery key to boot to Windows

 

What's the fix for this problem and why did it just start happening?

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
