Hi there.

1.I want to report about something wrong with my newly BIOS update, my current version is F.31 and my newly version is F.32,but when I want to install it I keep get (BIOS update is blocked for this device) on the 1st choice Why???

2.I install version F.31 from HP Support Assistant Program but recently I notice that my device on website still F.29 does that make any sense? and now version F.32 release on HP Support Assistant Program and still on website F.29....Can anyone explain it to me?

3.I had reset factory my laptop recently and I notice that F.32 update gone,Is there anyway to rollback BIOS update? from F.31 to factory version F.29 ?

HI@Malek258, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS HP Notebook 15ac116tx  and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,

1- My laptop is not HP Notebook 15ac116tx ,my laptop is HP Notebook - 15-Ac109nx (ENERGY STAR)

2- I want to rollback my BIOS version because it damage my laptop by crashing my graphic card so I disable my second graphic card.

3- I did all those steps but nothing work for me!

@Malek258,

We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team

Keep me posted. Happy to help!
