After enable tpm , i turn on my laptop showing this (below image). How should i do now ?

Unfortunately, no. If you can't get into the BIOS setting either by pressing the Esc key repeatedly, or by pressing F10 repeatedly, there is no way to reset the BIOS. And since this chip is soldered to the motherboard, you also can not simply pop it out and put in a replacement.
