Yes I know that is China language showing but I am using English language by default. After enable tpm that's message showing in China.

I have tried to enter bios menu but failed only showing this, tried to recovery bios (press and hold win+B button and then power button) not wok .

Do you know any solution?

This is an English language forum -- I doubt anyone here knows how to read any of that.

Unfortunately, no.  If you can't get into the BIOS setting either by pressing the Esc key repeatedly, or by pressing F10 repeatedly, there is no way to reset the BIOS.  And since this chip is soldered to the motherboard, you also can not simply pop it out and put in a replacement.
