Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 13-s060sa (ENERGY STAR)

Hello

 

Computer was running really slow so I tried to reboot from a SB I created when I first purchased the laptop. I am getting the error code. 0xEFFFFF08 and computer wont reboot. I think it has cleared the hard drive but not been able to install new system from the USB. The computer was slow but now I cant use it at all 😞
