 I’ve Went To Different Stores To See Is They Could Help Me Get This Fixed But Nobody Seems To Know What To Do . I’m Not Sure If I Should Just Purchase Another Notebook or If This One Is Just In Need Of Some TLC . I’ve Followed The Prompts On The Screen & It Literally Does Nothing , I’m Not Sure What To Do At This Point .

Hi,

So when you press F2 does it enter diagnostics? Try running the hard drive test.

Most likely you will need to replace the drive in the notebook and reinstall the OS on it.

 

Provide the exact model number and we can take a look at what kind of notebook we are talking about. Here is how to find it.
