HP Recommended

I have a laptop. Just charged it up and when tried to log in with my password, it keeps saying incorrect password. So when I tried to reset it, it says I need a USB drive. I don't have that. Is there a way to recover my password or reset it through my email?

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region. 


For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
