hp pavilion x2 10-n200nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, my HP pavilion x2 10-n200nl has recendly locked itself with bitlocker. I do not remember about activating it and I have no microsoft account so I have no way to find the key.
I tried to reset the PC, deleting all datas, but as soon as I press the said button it tells me that there is a problem during the PC reset and goes back to the recovery options.
I decided to try to boot a Windows 10 installation, in order to clean the hard drive and install a new Windows, but it won't let me boot in any way.
My BIOS has no Legacy boot option, it is only UEFI from what I could see. I tried to format an USB key by using Rufus with GPT UEFI format, but it didn't work. I also tried to create a bootable SD card using Rufus in GPT FAT32, but it still doesn't show up when I press F9 (the boot list) neither it runs automatically.
I don't know what else to do, thanks in advance for the answers

Some of the newer PCs have a TPM "chip" on their motherboards, and if yours is one of them, you're basically out of luck -- as that would require replacing the motherboard to reprogram the chip.

Also, if you do NOT have the chip, since we would be assisting you in bypassing a key security feature, that would be violating Community forum policies -- and we are not allowed to do that.

Sorry, but you will have to search for solutions on your own.

I am not bypassing the key feature as the HP support for bitlocker advices to reset the PC in case of forgotten key, but the reset does not work for some reasons. I'm basically just trying to boot an USB to install Windows 10, this is what I would like to know how to do. I searched alot and apparently there is no explanation on how to do so.

Understand what you are trying to do, but if it is a model that has the TMP "chip" you are NOT going to be able to do this as the TMP will prevent it.

IF it does not have the chip, then remove the drive from the laptop, connect it to a working PC and remove all the partitions from that drive.  Once you then replace it back into the laptop, you should be able to install Windows to it.
