Turn on laptop pc when ac plugged

Hello, I am interested in the ability for my laptop computer to automatically start every time it recognizes that the ac charger is plugged. I have bios f.23, however I have seen that there is a bios f.24 available, however when I perform a bios diagnostic check it does not automatically proceed to install the newer bios and I do not dare to do it manually.
What I want to know is if I manually install bios f.24 from hp site on my laptop model will I have the ability to turn on my computer automatically as soon as it detects ac power plugged and if I do it manually bios installation given that it is not automatically suggested by the system, will I have problems? I am not interesting to manually install a new bios if I am not sure that I will have the feauture with the automatic turn on  the laptop device when ac plugged. 
My laptop details: HP Laptop 15s-fq5916nv (A1WG9EA).

Does BIOS F.24 Add “Power On When AC is Plugged In”?

As of the latest available documentation for your HP Laptop 15s-fq5916nv, BIOS F.24 (or earlier) does not include any changelog that enables “Auto Power On when AC is plugged in” — this option is not present in the BIOS Setup for your model, even after updating to F.24.

This feature is only present in some HP business-class laptops (like ProBooks or EliteBooks) or desktops, and only if the EC firmware and BIOS both support it.

Why BIOS Update Isn’t Automatically Installed

HP’s BIOS update tools only recommend critical updates or updates specifically designed for your current OS/hardware setup. If it doesn’t push BIOS F.24 to you via HP Support Assistant it usually means

It's optional, not critical

It may not offer any major enhancement over F.23

Should You Install BIOS F.24 Manually?

You can, but here’s the safe approach:

Only install BIOS F.24 manually if:

You experience instability

You need compatibility updates

You’ve reviewed the changelog and see something that matters to you

But: If you're only after the "Auto Power On When AC Plugged" feature, then the BIOS update won’t help.

Can HP 15s-fq5916nv Auto Power On When Plugged In?

Currently, your laptop does not support this feature in BIOS.
