I have a new Dragonfly laptop. When it shipped from the factory the FN keys at the top of the keyboard had dual roles. From the factory the F5 key would mute the sound, F6 would lower the sound, F7 would raise the sound, etc. Now the FN key on the lower left of the keyboard boots with the light ON. I cannot find any way to turn this off so that the FN keys return to their factory settings as controls for sound and brightness?
Thanks.

Hi @Sink7Swim
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Action Key mode.
To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
While you respond to that, please try these steps - HP Notebook PCs - How to Lock or Unlock the Fn (Function) Key
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
