I need to flash new BIOS to it. Getting black screen and the power led blinks. I don't remember the name of the laptop, i think it was HP 15 something. I'll post a photo of what it looked like. I only have the motherboard with me. I had to replace the body because of the hinge issue in the laptop.

I am also not sure where it post this. Any suggestions on subreddit are appreciated.

Also, I am not able to find datasheet of the flash chip.
