Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need to calibrate the battery. I am running a grub boot loader for Linux and windows management. When I go to UEFI setting as per the HP support battery calibration steps. The spinner is stuck at 40 % for hours. No progress what so ever.

 

How do I fix this? I have calibrated the battery before. Did not have this issue. Some recent HP updates messed it up.

Why has no one from HP addressed this problem? This only shows how poor HP product is.

One of the reason I am not buying HP products anymore! I am still stuck with this and here it is. Great customer support!

I have the same issue, frozen at 40 while calibrating my battery since a test in the HP diagnostic app. Any help pls !
