USB Network Adapter has an Exclamation Mark in BIOS

Hello,

My sons recently wiped everything off his HP Laptop 14

Serial No: [Personal Information Removed]

Cant install new OS via USB boot as the USB Network adapter has an Exclamation point next to it, have no OS on HDD either

Is there anything i can do to resolve this or install a OS without the power of USB boot option..arrrrrr headache

Only one option in Boot order and thats EFI boot, but no EFI files found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If i have to add it to the trash would be great to know
