It appears once, now every time I boot, press esc to menu, F9 for boot options doesn't appear it never appear before I always had to use CD-ROM feature, but since one time appear I don't know how to make it appear every time

Newer model notebooks come with Secure Boot enabled in the BIOS and that prevent the display of any boot selections but the internal drive.  Also, while in the BIOS, look around to see if there is the option Disable booting from portable media and turn that off, as well.
