Product: HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (347S4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I contacted HP due to a failing USB port. HP called me back and took a remote check of the notebook. Indeed, a system failure message was found. Consequently, HP registered the job as CSO 5130718932 as warranty request where HP will check and repair the PC.
Content with this, I was surprised to receive a standard mail fra HP where the CSO is cancelled. It could mean that the CSO is now defined as a job order or that HP intends to forget the whole thing...
