hello, I bought laptop: HP 250 G7 ( freedos) and I'm trying to install windows. I tried to instal is via USB 2.0 and also tried it with CD. but it didn't show in boot option

I ran into a similar problem recently with a refurbished HP PC and discovered, upon entering the BIOS, that all booting from USB and external devices had been disabled.  I had thought the USB ports were faulty, but when I enabled the booting in the BIOS menu, they worked fine.

 

You need to get into the BIOS to check those options.
