Zbook

This is not lading . Just as it is since 5hrsThis is not lading . Just as it is since 5hrs

My OS is windows 10. Machine is up zbook core i7 64bit. I couldn’t shutdown my machine. Even I click on shutdown, it goes to login screen. Then when I restart it, it says to update its bios. I postponed it regularly every time when I notice the message.

But suddenly I forgot to skip it and after default time passed, it has moved to updating process which is shown in attachment.

It won’t continue.

Please assist on this.

Hi, I have the same problem, how did you solve that?

I have ZBook 15 G3 and after latest bios update I am stuck on updating USB Type C Controller Firmware from version 0.00 to version 07.03

I have exactly the same issue. The only way to solve it is to force a shutdown by keeping the power key pressed. I am surprised that HP is not responding to this issue at all. These are expensive laptops and they cannot even make the BIOS update process work!!!
