I received the computer when I in rolled in college and because my other laptop was working I have let this one sit in a box until my other one died and so today was the lucky day and I just powered it up and it let me go and I’ve been working on it doing my schoolwork all day and then it appeared to have an issue with my Internet connection so I decided hey maybe I’ll just redo the computer while now I’ve rebooted the computer and the only thing that comes up on the front page is the name of my university it never asked me for a user name it’s asking me for a password and the password that I put in is my school passwordAnd that won’t work. I contacted the school

@MellBell0101

What does "redo the computer" mean? You did a full reset?

I have no idea why the name of the university is coming up on the first page, so can not help in this.

We are also not allowed to assist with password requests.

The Community can not provide any assistance without some details ...

So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PC
2) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the PC
4) Detailed description of the problem -- including the EXACT wording of any error message being displayed

Once you provide the needed details, someone will reply.
