Hello, I would hope to get some help receiving my bitlocker code as I am unable to and I tried to do it with my email but I cannot and I was told by Microsoft to go to you guys hope you can help

Bitlocker keys are unique to each and every PC, and HP has no records of the individual keys, so there is nothing we can provide you.


Since you apparently did not use the Bitlocker Management function to export your key, the following is all you can try at this point:
