Microsoft Windows 11

On my 15-dy2031nr hP Laptop, I am unable to boot from an NVMe drive that can currently boot on all other systems, and cannot figure out what may be causing this confusion.

I have cleared any TPM settings and then outright disabled it to no positive effect.

I can attempt to boot from the EFI boot file, but I can't manage to get myself to a desktop.

Again, all other devices will boot from this drive without any additional care, but explicitly with this laptop, I am unable to boot from the M.2 slot, over USB, or any other method I can think of. What may be causing this?
