@Awesomeme01, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

What is the exact model of the HP PC are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Which version of the Operating system is installed?

Do you see the HP logo when the PC is powered ON?

Perform a hard reset

  1. Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove all USB devices and media cards. You want to test the computer not the accessories!

  2. Disconnect the AC power adapter, remove the battery, and then press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.

  3. Reconnect the AC power adapter (but do not connect the battery), Press the Power button, Look for glowing LEDs near caps lock and num lock keys, and Listen for sounds of a disk drive and fan turning.

Let us run a test on the hardware components of the PC

1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

3. Perform System Test > Extensive test. Share the result on your next post.

If all the tests pass, try booting into the safe mode.

Refer to this document to know how.

Let me know how this goes.
