I have an old HP laptop but I am unable to log in. The laptop is linked to my microsoft account login, which I no longer have access to and I am unable to recover the account as I do not have enough information for it to be recovered and the telephone number linked to that account is no longer in use. Is there another way to login to my laptop?

I wish we could help you -- but we're not allowed to, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.
