Hi @Ginapb,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering login issues. If this is related to an HP product or service, such as an HP computer or software, here are a few general troubleshooting steps you can try:

Power Cycle: Perform a complete shutdown of your device. If it's a laptop, remove the battery if possible and disconnect the power adapter, then press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds. Reconnect the power and try starting the device again.

Safe Mode: Try booting your computer in Safe Mode. Turn off the computer, then turn it back on while repeatedly pressing the F8 or Shift + F8 keys (this varies based on the model and operating system). Safe Mode can help diagnose and resolve software conflicts.

System Restore: If you recently made changes that might have caused this issue, you might be able to use System Restore to revert your computer to a previous working state.

Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your system doesn't need updates which might resolve the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
