Product: HP 245 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am unable to open lock screen itself not showing lock screen itself ..so not able enter password..so received guidence diagnostic the system memory test passed and hard drive long DST and short DST code failed..both given 24 digit code failed.....so what should i do now .....I can't replace hard drive right now because I don't have money but I have urgent work to finish in my laptop......so please any one help fix this issue how to fix it and open my system without paying any charges ...I can't pay now please help me soon anybody .....this is so help full for me please kindly help .........and one more thig without adopter battery also not working .......but I can manage put cable continue and I can work .....but please help fix error code I am not able open my system itself ....lock screen itself not showing .....how can I enter password...... please help me...kindly....
