I have tried to boot my laptop for several times, but the laptop either boot up unsuccessfully with beeping caps lock or boot up looping where on and off (without appearing the screen, but sound detected).

I see that you are facing booting issues with your HP Laptop PC.
I suggest that you run an extensive system test by following the steps listed below:
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
3. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
4. From the main menu, click System Test and then click on Extensive Test.
5. Click Run once.
