Hi guys,

 

greetings,,

 

My PC has an issue after I have made a factory reset to erase all the data in my computer. After that, a message shows up to enter a password. I have tried may times but unfortunately I could not use my PC., kindly, I’m looking forward to end my problem and use my PC as usual.
