OMEN by HP 15-dc1054nr
Microsoft Windows 11

I have been thru every combination of Function Key possible to try to unlock the Advanced Bios tab.

I am trying to use the HP G2 Thunderbolt 3 dock and the only way to get the DisplayPorts to work is to change the Thunderbolt settings in Bios per this specific HP endorsed method: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06383177

Only problem is users can't get to these advanced bio options! Come on HP, this is ridiculous! These are both YOUR products and users need a way to do this!

Don't tell me there isn't a way to get to these settings! Fix this!!! And don't tell me to call support so I can pay for the privilege of calling this problem out. Just fix it or tell me how to get into advanced bios. Please. For the love of God.

To get a straight answer: The HP Thunderbolt™ Dock 120W G2 and the HP Thunderbolt™ Dock 230W G2 are not compatible with your Omen machine.

Appreciate the response but how is that even possible? No Omens work with any of these HP docks via a standardized thunderbolt interface?

Meanwhile the link I shared specifically outlines how to make it work on an Omen.

This just doesn't make sense... I'd very much like to know how to get to the adanced bios so I can at least try what the link suggests will work.
