Thanks but not helpful at all been through all of that tried eveything on website and made several calls hp support won't help.

I am sorry if HP Support refuses to help. Due to new rules we are not allowed to provide passcodes to bypass BIOS password. Actually, you don't usually have to enter BIOS to boot from a bootable usb drive to install OS. At power on tap Esc key to open startup menu, tap F9 to choose boot device.

Unfortunately that doesnt work, i have to enter bios to allow it to boot from usb.
